Chicken Tarragon Rillettes

Made with chicken Maryland, mustard and tarragon. The chicken meat has been slowly cooked with its skin (confit) for several hours which gives it delicate flavour and bring moisture to the product.

This delicious spread goes particularly well with crusty bread topped with pickles.

Each jar contains 150g of Chicken Rillettes. All are gluten free.
