Pork Truffle Country Terrine

Made with pork, smoked pork belly and preserved Manjimup Black Truffled from Alain Fabrègues, this terrine is like no other.

 

Cornichons or pickled vegetables are the best garnish, not to forget  a hunk of rustic bread to go with it.

Each jar contains 150g of Pork Truffle Country Terrine. All are gluten and dairy free.
