Pork Rillettes

Made with pork shoulder, pork fat, salt, pepper & nutmeg. The pork meat has been slowly cooked (confit) for several hours which gives it an unctuous and delicate flavour.

This delicious spread goes particularly well with crusty bread topped with pickled onions or cornichons.

Each jar contains 150g of Pork Rillettes. All are gluten free and dairy free.
